  4. Strategic Thinking (20 minutes)

    • What’s working? What needs to change? Think like a business owner, not just an agent.

Step 2: Attack High-Value Activities First

Million-dollar agents don’t start their day buried in emails or scrolling through social media.

They hit the ground running with revenue-generating tasks:

  • Lead Follow-Up: Hot prospects come first—before emails, before social.
  • Appointment Setting: Get on the phone and fill your calendar.
  • Closing Opportunities: Focus on deals that will put money in your pocket.
